  • We stand behind the quality of our furniture. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It is designed to be clear, fair, and reflective of how our products are actually used.

    Limited Warranty

    This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of delivery.

    What’s covered

    • Manufacturing defects in materials

    • Workmanship issues that affect the function or structure of the product

    What’s not covered

    • Normal wear and tear (including fading, softening, minor variations in materials)

    • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

    • Scratches, dents, or stains from everyday use

    • Environmental factors (sunlight, humidity, temperature changes)

    • Commercial or non-residential use

    • Modifications or repairs made by third parties

    Coverage by Component

    We structure our warranty based on how different parts of the product perform over time:

    Structure / Frame — 10 Years

    Covers structural failures such as cracking, warping, or joint separation under normal use.

    Hardware & Mechanisms — 3 Years

    Covers functional failures of components like drawer slides, hinges, and integrated hardware.

    Cushions / Foam — 2 Years

    Covers abnormal loss of shape or support beyond standard softening.

    Finishes & Upholstery — 1 Year

    Covers defects such as peeling, stitching failure, or material inconsistencies.

    How We Resolve Claims

    If an issue arises that is covered under this warranty, we will:

    1. Repair the product when possible

    2. Replace the defective component or product if repair is not feasible

    3. Offer a refund or store credit if a replacement is not available

    Our goal is to resolve issues efficiently and fairly.

    How to Submit a Claim

    To start a warranty claim, please contact us with:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

    We’ll review and respond promptly with next steps.

    Optional Protection

    For additional peace of mind, we offer extended protection plans that cover accidental damage such as spills, stains, and everyday mishaps. These plans go beyond the scope of our limited warranty.

    Final Notes

    Our furniture is designed to age naturally over time. Small changes in material, color, and feel are part of that process and are not considered defects—they’re part of the character of the piece.

  • Shipping is free for orders over $275.

    Otherwise standard ground shipping rates will be applied and tracking numbers will be provided

  • Our return policy, is as follows

    If you are not pleased with the quality, fit or finish of our product or it simply did not work in your space. You have 30 days to return your product. It must be shipped in its original package.

  • if you received a damaged or missing part in your order. please email support@reside-studio.com describing which product you ordered and which part(s) were damaged or missing during shipping and we will provide the parts/hardware etc.

  • we offer custom designs for any project. Residential or commerical. Want a reside kitchen? or a custom mudroom piece of furniture? side tables with locks for your office? we can do it.
